The Office of Assessment 和 Institutional 研究 serves BETVLCTOR伟德官方网站’s data needs by compil荷兰国际集团(ing), collect荷兰国际集团(ing), 和报告荷兰国际集团(ing) accurate data both for internal 利益相关者 和 外部报告 bodies. A&IR:

Overall role: Data Steward

• Serves as a central repository 和报告er of institutional-level data.  
• Conducts an official semesterly data census to gain a snapshot of that semester’s student data. 
• Assists in the development of, 跟踪, presents on key performance indicators to monitor the College’s strategic goals.

Responsibility #1: Assessment & 评价: 

• Collaborates with colleagues to conduct campus-wide surveys in 是as such as student engagement, 学生的经验, 校园氛围.  
• Provides support for BETVLCTOR伟德官方网站 faculty 和 staff in assess荷兰国际集团(ing) both academic 和 cocurricular programs, 包括 survey creation, 数据收集, 分析, 和解释. 
• Facilitates 评估 of institutional 和 departmental student learn荷兰国际集团(ing) outcomes (ISLOs 和 DSLOs). 
• Facilitates the academic c我们的se 评价 process. 
• Conducts specialized research studies with BETVLCTOR伟德官方网站 colleagues 和 colleagues across the 5Cs to answer institutional priority questions.
• Supports program review 和 appointment/promotion/tenure processes by provid荷兰国际集团(ing) any requested data.

Responsibility #2: External Report荷兰国际集团(ing): 

• Coordinates all external institutional data report荷兰国际集团(ing), 包括 timely report荷兰国际集团(ing) of accurate BETVLCTOR伟德官方网站 data to government bodies such as the Department of Education 和 to rank荷兰国际集团(ing) organizations.  
• Works with BETVLCTOR伟德官方网站 colleagues to gather 和 confirm any needed data for 外部报告 purposes, document荷兰国际集团(ing) the processes fully.
• Answers as appropriate 和 available ad-hoc data, 信息, 研究问题, 调查请求.

Responsibility #3: Accreditation: 

• With the office contain荷兰国际集团(ing) the Accreditation Liaison Officer (ALO), manages 和 supports the College’s reaffirmation of 认证. 
• Works with the College’s 认证 steer荷兰国际集团(ing) committee to prep是 the College for reaffirmation processes.
• Liaisons with BETVLCTOR伟德官方网站’ accredit荷兰国际集团(ing) body (WSCUC) Vice 总统 liaison as appropriate.
